Hong Kong, We know obviously the modern face, with its huge towers that mark the dynamism of this territory, towers themselves built on the hillside, What reinforces the impression of “vertical city”.

Yet, in the middle of the hustle and bustle, There are many remnants of the past still living, those same institutions. But who wants to flee a moment the hustle and bustle of the city centre and discover the other face of Hong Kong has to take the MTR to the new territories, a ferry to one of the many islands, or go to the fishing village of Tai O, where life has changed little for decades.
